Bob Johnson, AICP, ASLA
Principal
Bob has 30 years of experience as a planner and urban designer of cities, master-planned communities, resorts,
fairs and entertainment based projects.
Bob has an Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Environmental Planning from the University of California at Davis.
Dave Cook
Managing Principal
Dave has been active in the real estate industry for more than 30 years and has a wide array of experience in land
and income property acquisition, entitlements, land development and finance, home construction, and sales and marketing.
Dave graduated with a BA in Psychology and Rhetoric from the University of California at Davis.
Jeff Pemstein
Director
Jeff has over 24 years of experience as a planner, environmental consultant and project manager, both as
consultant and land developer/home builder. He also serves as Regional General Manager for Towne Development of Sacramento, Inc.
Jeff holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a BA in Economics and Sociology from Occidental College.
Chris Cox
Planner, Project Manager
Chris brings seven years of experience to RCH in site planning and detailing, construction documentation and
construction administration. His real estate development projects have ranged in scale and scope from master planned mixed use communities
to neighborhoods, parks and streetscapes.
Chris has a Masters in Landscape Architecture and a BS in Resource Ecology and Management from the University of Michigan.
Jeremy Goulart
Associate Principal
Jeremy is skilled in loan portfolio evaluations, feasibility studies, market research and real estate finance. He
also has experience in land acquisition, the processing and permitting of land development projects, and various areas of pre-construction
management.
Jeremy has a Masters in Business Administration from St. Mary's College of California and a BA in Political Science from California State
University at Stanislaus.
Tricia Schimpp, AICP
Associate Principal
Tricia has over 26 years of experience as an urban and environmental planning consultant to public and private sector
clients. Her experience has covered a wide range of roles and projects, including serving as a Planning Director, and handling CEQA/NEPA
document preparation and compliance, entitlements, regulatory permitting, General Plan and Housing Element updates and design review.
Tricia graduated with a BA degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.
