RCH also manages message development and implementation to ensure that the client’s voice is clear and effective throughout the effort. Procurement Services & Support Public contracts require experience and relationships. RCH uses both for a number of clients who seek work with local, state and the federal government. RCH often works with staff at respective agencies before public RFPs/RFQs are even released. When an opportunity is identified and targeted, the RCH Group team uses every available tool to put its clients ahead of the competition.
