The RCH Group was formed by combining the entitlement experience of The Hodgson Company of Sacramento along with the financial resources and 60 years of Zilber Ltd.'s, successful real estate development and construction experience. The result is a versatile company which can provide a wide range of services, including:

RCH Group is a division of Zilber Ltd., an asset management and nationally-recognized real estate development company. Zilber companies have developed, managed and consulted on a wide range of residential, commercial, light industrial, hospitality and other specialized construction projects throughout the nation. Zilber Ltd. has recently entered into a joint venture for the oversight and certification of national stimulus funds at the state and local government level.
